At Killazz Dev we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us through this site. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have, in compliance with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Their Personal Data.
Who is responsible for processing your data?
Sebastián Benavides Madrigal, operating under the Killazz Dev brand, based in Heredia, Costa Rica, is the party responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at sebastian.benavides.madrigal@est.una.ac.cr for any question related to your data.
What data do we collect?
When you fill out the contact form, we collect: your name, your email address, the type of project you describe, and the content of the message you send us. We do not collect financial data, payment card details, or sensitive information.
We also collect aggregated, anonymous usage data through Vercel Analytics (pages visited, approximate country, device type), without using cookies or identifying individual users.
What do we use your data for?
We use the information from the form solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you hire our services, to manage the project (communication, quoting, invoicing). We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to this site.
Who do we share your data with?
To run this site we use two external providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (sending the email generated by the contact form) and Vercel (site hosting and aggregated analytics). Both are responsible for their own privacy and security policies; we do not share your data with anyone else.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep contact form messages in our inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your inquiry or project, and we delete them at your request at any time.
What are your rights?
Under Law 8968, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights) at any time, free of charge. To exercise them, write to us at sebastian.benavides.madrigal@est.una.ac.cr stating your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies. The Vercel analytics we use are "cookieless": they do not store persistent identifiers and cannot track your activity across other sites.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the site or applicable regulations. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
